Janelle Pierzina has visited and lived in enough places to know that moving can be a stressful process, and that there is nowhere better to reside than New York City. Originally from Northern Minnesota, Janelle earned a Communications degree from the University of Minnesota in Duluth, then enjoyed a successful career as an actress, model, television host and reality TV contestant who’s seen much of the world. She ultimately made New York her permanent home after living in both Los Angeles and Miami, capitalizing on her passion for real estate, wealth of connections, and desire to help others realize their dreams.
Janelle loves exploring the diversity of apartments, neighborhoods, restaurants and cultural offerings that make New York so unique. Fascinated by New York’s wealth of architecturally significant historic buildings, Janelle enjoys the research process and maintains an extensive archive of literature, plans and other resources relating to these urban treasures.
She takes her buyers on an exciting, rewarding journey working with them until they find the home that best fits their needs. Warm, positive, personable and dedicated, Janelle has a natural connection to people of all kinds, and is able to make them feel comfortable and confident throughout the real estate process.
Currently a resident in Chelsea near The Meatpacking District, Janelle handles sales and rentals in her own community and all over Manhattan. She is a big animal lover with a dog at home, and a calling to help animal-related charities whenever she can. Janelle also does charity work for The American Society of Autism to benefit and raise funds for the autistic.
