This one I wasn't sure about posting here as it has a few very Sucks centric jokes like Silas. But the looping coach clips are pretty cool. Advance apologies if some of the digs are too Sucksish.

Coach was somewhat entertaining for a while, but I'm tired of every story being a coach story.

There's so much else going on out there we don't get to see because they devote so much time to coach. Like Sierra for example. Why does everyone out there hate her with such a passion? We've seen the other HG's talk about it, but so far they haven't shown any of it. I wish prodcution would share the show a little more with the rest of the cast.

This is what I've been saying... Why does everyone hate Sierra so much? scratch

Thanks Colton and Lorraine! I'm glad you liked them!

Lorraine, I have a few video tutorials I made for working with Photoshop to chop things. I don't have any on making videos yet, I was going to work up to those after covering more basics in still chops. If you guys want to make a chop or tutorial thread somewhere I'd be happy to post those and if there's things you'd like me to cover in other tutorials, I'd be happy to make some more.

Erika, yeah that's been puzzling me as well. In the insider clips and post-show interviews they talk a lot about how annoying she is, always going on about her (very limited) travels and d-list celebrity friends. But oddly they haven't shown anything. It's kind of puzzling.

I haven't seen any of the insider clips but I can't imagine anybody out there out trumping Coach in the going on and on factor. They all hate on her more than Coach? or even Tyson for that matter? ...hell even Debbie for that matter? I mean Sierra does seem like annoying bug that keeps flying around but Coach and Tyson are so in your face... I guess Sierra must be pretty sickening out there and we just haven't seen it.

The only specifics I remember go way back to the post-show interviews with Candace. So, it's been going on for a long time if Candace hated her. Candace had said how Sierra would go on and on about her world travels (when she hasn't had many), how she's a world expert that knows everything, and also about her Hollywood friends. I guess she was friends with Ozzy Osborn's son and wouldn't shut up about it.

In Tyson's post-show interviews he just said she was really really stupid and would never shut up and he found it annoying.

There must be something really annoying about her if JT hates her with a passion and I hate that they won't show why.

I also heard that in Jeff Probst's latest blog he mentioned that Sierra is now dating a producer from the show. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not, but it doesn't help the speculation. That's for sure.

i just wish they wouldn't spend so much time on coach and ignore all the others. I am sure there is plenty of interesting stuff we could be shown. As for coach, I think everyone understands what he is about by now. They don't need to spend so much time on him!

Colton? I was speaking in general. On most shows be it BB, Survivor, Amazing Race etc.

You didn't like Keesha? How could you not like that gentle melodic laugh of hers

Her laugh drove me absolutely insane. I don't think anything has hurt my ears as much as her laugh on the feeds.

Here's one cool thing I've been working on bit by bit. It's kind of a gargantuan task. I've been making a chop with every Survivor from every season. So far I have gotten all the way back to Pearl Islands. You can click to zoom around and drag to pan. It's pretty high resolution when you zoom all the way in.

I didn't fully appreciate how many Survivors there have been until I started this.

I liked where Coach and Denise wound up. They fit great! I also liked the oversize Rupert Ogre head.

But Keesha was horrible. I remember thinking Sharons BEEEEBIEES! was pretty shrill. But that was a whisper compared to Keesha.

Did you see this Colton? I was wondering if you might have an idea who this could be. I just seem to remember watching the finale one time and everyone talking about how annoying someone was and this person wasnt portrayed that way on the show. Could I be thinking of Sugar? I mean she didnt get one vote at the final tribal council and she clearly played a better game than Susie who almost won.

Yeah, it's Sugar. Jerri Manthey was also hated and thought she would be loved. She was hated to the extent of she left the finale of All-Stars because she was being booed so badly.

Benjamin “Coach” Wade’s lies: kayak record, other claims disputed
After last week’s spectacular blindside, I fear/rejoice that Benjamin “Coach” Wade’s time on Survivor Tocantins may be over soon, perhaps as early as Thursday. Love him or loathe him or love to loathe him, he’s been the gift that keeps on giving—er, slaying—this season.
CBS knows what they have in him. The network has gathered videos of “some of his best moments” on its web site, and the description even mocks him (“Whether he’s The Dragon Slayer, the man who overcame an Amazon Pygamy attack, or the only person in America to be taught an obscure Chinese Martial Arts, no one can argue that Coach is one of a kind”). If the real Coach isn’t enough, there’s also this fantastic Twitter parody of Coach that’s hysterical until you realize it’s barely satire. (Recent tweet: “For most its difficult to adjust to the game. Luckily for me, being followed by cameras, eating bugs and being idolized are all commonplace.”)
Coach may be best known for his tall tales and exaggerations—and, you know, lies, which have led people to attempt to investigate and debunk Coach’s various claims. But sometimes they don’t need investigating; heck, he bragged to me about lying to his soccer team, pretending he was getting cancer tests instead of competing on the show. My theory about his tall tales is that there’s truth behind a lot of what he says, but that he’s told and embellished the stories so many times they’ve become fictions.
But he also seems to lie with abandon and for no reason except to make himself look more amazing. For example, before he told his tribe about his impossible to confirm and impossible to believable action movie story about being nearly killed by Amazonian pygmies before escaping in his kayak, Coach said that only “three people in the world” knew the story. But Jeff Probst wrote in EW.com that “that is a total lie. Coach told all of us producers this same story during casting.” How dumb and unnecessary is that kind of lie?
Sometimes Coach is also just wrong, which isn’t necessarily lying, because we all make mistakes, but it’s still fun to mock him about because he’s so arrogant. For example, the merged tribe’s name is “Forza,” but a reality blurred reader points out that Coach’s insistence that the word meant “strength” is inaccurate, writing that “the Portuguese word for strength is NOT ‘forza.’ It is ‘força.’ The spelling was not the only thing wrong. It is NOT pronounced ‘for-zah’ but rather ‘for-sah.’” Google translate and Yahoo’s Babel Fish both confirm that.
Perhaps Ben Wade’s most infamous claim is that he has a world record for a solo kayak trip. His official CBS bio—which is mostly drawn from the contestant’s application—says that Ben Wade “[set] the world record for the longest solo kayak expedition on the ocean (an amazing 6,132 miles).” Strangely, that’s been documented, sort of, in a new self-published book A Voyage Beyond Reason: An Epic of Survival Based on the Original Journals of Benjamin Wade, which is fictional and written (badly; there’s poor grammar in the first sentence) by Tom Gauthier. The title page says “is based on the personal, handwritten journals of Benjamin Wade” although “some people have been partially fictionalized” the “events from the journal are true.”
Anyway, while Coach may have kayaked that distance, he does not hold a record. Canoe & Kayak Magazine editor Jeff Moag told Film.com’s Susan Young, “I can’t confirm whether he paddled 6,000 miles solo or even if there are small cannibalistic people in Peru, although I doubt it. I can tell you that Paul Caffyn kayaked more than 9,000 miles in 1980 and 1981. So, no record.”
