Of course, Boogie and Frank were in Shane and Britney's ears right before Shane was called to the DR. It seems like Shane panicked and just made a rash decision. Maybe it's me, but it seems like the HOH has very little time this season to meet with the other HGs and have strong meetings and thus make better decisions because of the stupid coaches comp being played so late in the day...

its just so freaking annoying as yet again we are stuck with a bunch of scared newbs who are listening to has been coaches....UGHHHH!!

I always feel the first few days is so rushed. Cannot believe he didn't nominate Frank did he not realise he was going home if he didn't win that POV. Frank didn't care if Shane left or not. So dumb on Shane's part. The worst part is now we are probably going to get another imitation CT phone call on the show.

Frank had no trouble putting Shane up (and if Shane hadn't won POV it's VERY likely he'd have been the target) yet Shane buys this BS that Boogie and Frank want to work with him and doesn't put Frank up? UGH! I swear to god these people are idiots. The plan to put up one from each team was brilliant. It's bad enough Shane couldn't even stick to that plan for a few hours, but it's even worse that Boogie gets ANOTHER free ride week. WTF???

I actually get why Shane put up two of Janelle's players, don't forget her team was working with Britney's team when they decided to jump ship and team up with Boogie's team.

Shane wants payback for what they did, if Joe or Ashley don't win Veto Saturday he'll get it.

Not saying that I agree with him but I get it

Janelle just offered for team Brit to hold on to her wedding ring for the next 3 weeks to prove that they arent comming after them. Oh and she also offered up her Chanel earings.....and Brit says well I do kinda like those Chanel's....lol

Big brother has officially turned into a swap meet. Smokes, Diamonds, maybe Boogie will offer up one of his cars or restraunts.

Brit should take the ring and the earrings and then in true Janelle fashion backstab her. I would pay to see that.

Shane winning three POVs in a row is impressive but ultimately not good for him as it makes him a HUGE target. Expect whoever wins HOH (other than Danielle) to come after him next week. As HOH, he really had nothing to lose this week and should've thrown the veto. Now as it is he has eclipsed Frank as a comp threat and even if the coaches enter the game, the houseguests will probably see Shane as a bigger threat than Janelle. I mean he's won 4 out of six competitions. Even the so-called "comp queen" never managed that.

He's target #1 now.

I'm glad Shane is killing these comps because it takes the target off Janelle when she enters the game next week. At this rate, Shane coud beat her competition record!

And unlike Janelle, no one is actively and intentionally throwing competitions to Shane, so his wins are even more legit/impressive.

They played spin the bottle and Danielle finally got her kiss from Shane, Ashley made out with Boogie and kissed Ian and Frank.

Of course Danielle is over analyizing her kiss with Shane, she's not sure if he liked it or not, this girl is hopeless, LOL!!!

Danielle is SO pathetically in love with Shane and so clueless about the fact that he doesn't feel the same way that it's actually fun to watch (like Natalie and Matty on BB9).

poor Shane. Danielle is definitely a stage 5 clinger. As for Ashley and Boogie kissing and Wil and Ian streaking.....ummmmm

I think that about sums it up.

Shane has all the power this week and I think he's making a HUGE mistake by not backdooring Frank. By winning so many comps in a row, Shane has placed himself in the unenviable position (see: Janelle on All Stars or Rachel on BB13) where his only game now can be winning his way to the end. Therefore it's best for him to get rid of strong competitors and physical threats now.

Rachel was the only winner who had no game other than winning competitions, but it was easier for her to win those comps at the end without people like Danielle and Dominic and Jeff competing against her. Shane needs to make his end game as similarly lacking in strong adversaries as possible. Since he can't nominate Janelle or Boogie this week, his best bet would be to backdoor Frank.

Worse. It's painfully awkward to watch not only how she and Shane interact with each other, but when she tries to solicit advice from Britney.

It was funny when Danielle said she was "so buzzed right now, aren't you?" and Britney just gave her a Very Sober "No" as if hoping she'd just stfu already.

Somehow it was more entertaining with Natty and Matty because it was so over the top whereas this is just kind of creepy and pathetic.

Yeah, if you're going to be a target anyway simply by winning comps, you might as well use that power to do something significant and try to build up your endgame resume so jurors can say that he didn't just win comps, he dared to make big moves.

The only contrary argument I see is keeping Frank keeps another big target other than Shane in the house. But I think if Frank's in the house, his strength as a competitor will be used to try to evict Shane anyway.



BTW, anyone else having trouble getting into chat at blogtalk on eviction nights? I had no problem for the first episode but the chat room wouldn't load on eviction nights. Oh well, still fun to listen.

Yeah but that only works if Frank is perceived as a bigger threat than Shane and he isn't. You have to figure that the first chance ANYONE gets, Shane will be the target, since he has completely eclipsed Frank (and everyone else) to be a competition threat.

Janelle is trying hard core right now to get Britney to get Shane to backdoor Frank! I want this to happen because it's good for my girl, because I hate Boogie and want to see his smug jaw drop when they put up Frank, because it will cause drama, and because it's actually good for Shane.

Janelle needs to talk and talk and talk about this until the POV ceremony and not let Shane/Britney out of her sights until then. Come on baby girl, surely you've learned that trick from Erika on All Stars!

They seemed to have formed the Backdoor Frank Plan!

Shane says he will use the POV on Ashley instead of Joe (thereby locking in Wil's vote to save Joe) and put up Frank. This will give Danielle the swing vote (just like they originally planned before Shane went and made stupid nominations), and Janelle is agreeing to give up her wedding ring (LOL) for Shane/Britney to keep for two weeks as collateral that her team won't turn on them next week. Ashley promises to use the veto on Shane in the future if she wins it. Shane also says he will tell Frank that he kept his word by not nominating him and Frank got to play POV and he didn't win (which is totally true).

Now the question is, can they keep it this way until the POV? If Boogie/Frank gets wins of it, they'll put pressure on Shane so let's hope no one tells them. Lord knows we could use an exciting POV ceremony and another jaw drop from Boogie.

I think Shane is keeping the noms as is, Britney is convinced that Wil and Frank are working together and they don't have the votes to get Frank out this week.
