I'm sick of seeing of seeing these boring ass people like Mandi, Sarah, Johnny, Paula, etc. OVER AND OVER! I want to see some exciting fresh faces, which is why I'm excitedt see more of the Vegas kids this time around! I'm rooting for Mark/Rabin and Rachel/Aneesa 100%!!! I hope Jasmine stays around a while too because she is GREAT television!

Yeah, Mark has been "retiring" since 2006.
I'm only rooting for him because Robin is his partner. I hated her with a passion back when she was doing EVERY SINGLE CHALLENGE, but now that she took some time off and has a child back home, I can't help but root for her. I'm also excited to see Diem, she looks good blonde!

Why doesnt Mr. Beautiful (Kenny) have an ex? LOL, whats a challenge without Mr. Beautiful?

I imagine it could have something to do with the rape lawsuit he has. I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see him or Evan until it gets cleared up....

I decided to look it up...here is an article I found. While there might be some validity to what she is saying and how MTV condones such behavior...that I can agree. I am just not so sure that if there was video taped proof of this that Kenny would be hosting Jersey shore aftershows. If this is true, then the girls who stood by and watched and then "told her afterwards" are as pathetic as the men....worse in my opinion. If its not true...well I can only hope that Tanya gets the help that she desperately needs and has needed for numerous seasons. Yet MTV continues to cast her on these challenges KNOWING that she is unstable.

Last week Tonya Cooley, a cast member in several of MTV’s “Real World/Road Rules” challenge shows, filed a lawsuit against MTV, Bunim/Murray Productions, and cast members Kenneth “Kenny” Santucci and Evan Starkman, claiming the two sexually assaulted her during the filming of “Real World: Ruins” in Phuket, Thailand, during Spring of 2009, as cameras rolled.

According to the complaint, male contestants removed their female counterparts’ bathing suits without their consent, touched their private areas and used derogatory and offensive language. On one occasion, Cooley claims she passed out after drinking too much, and Santucci and Starkman used the opportunity to insert a toothbrush into her vagina.

(MTV and producers) created an environment in which degrading and harassing behavior toward the female contestants was openly tolerated and even encouraged,” the lawsuit claims.

Now a source close to the production of “Real World: Ruins” tells FOX411.com’s Pop Tarts column that from the moment the cast landed in Thailand, there was a “disturbing, misogynistic vibe” and that Cooley was even photographed naked ahead of the alleged sexual assault.

“The guys were allegedly filming each other with the toothbrush and a camera they brought on to the show, and then taking pictures of her passed out naked,” an insider said. “Tonya only found out about the incident because the other girls told her when she woke up.”

The source said the toothbrush belonged to a male contestant whom Santucci and Starkman “hated,” and that revenge may have been the motivation for the act. Following the alleged incident, the source said the accused immediately tried to “get close” to Cooley, calling her cute pet names, possibly fearing they could be in trouble if what happened became public knowledge.

“She was very confused and frightened by the whole thing,” the insider said. “She didn’t know how to deal with it all.”

Cast members for such shows are routinely required to sign legal releases, and the racier the show, the more types of behavior they are likely to sign off on as acceptable. But "signing a release is not going to be held against her,” Beverly Hills criminal defense attorney Mark McBride says. “If you get injured on the show or something, or break an ankle or whatever, that's something else. But if you have cast members totally acting off the script, they need to have some liability."

Cooley's suit says that she was shut down by higher-ups when she initially voiced her concerns about the incident, and alleges the network even condoned the behavior. Cooley was later axed from the show for slapping a fellow participant – the rules prohibit physical contact -- and Santucci and Starkman went on to win the series. The two have since launched their own clothing line, “Suck Yeah,” together, and Santucci currently hosts “Jersey Shore After Shows” on MTV Canada while Starkman has the cupid-playing role as host of “Love Trap” on Canada’s CosmoTV.

Starkman and Santucci did not respond to a request for comment. MTV did not respond to a request for comment on the pending litigation and referred FOX411.com to Bunim/Murray Productions, which denied the incident.

“After a thorough investigation, we have found Tonya Cooley’s claims to be completely baseless,” a rep for Bunim/Murray Productions said in a statement.

Calls to Cooley's attorneys were also not returned.

According to California-based criminal defense attorney David Wohl, “What Cooley is describing is clearly a crime: rape with a foreign object. However this is not a criminal offense if she somehow consented to the act. The key for her civil suit will be whether or not she called police after the alleged offense and reported it. If so, her civil suit will have a much greater chance of success – even if criminal charges were never filed."

“But,” Wohl added, “if Tonya merely decided long after the event that it was offensive ... maybe offensive enough to warrant a big payday at MTVs expense, she might not want to quit her day job. If the alleged crime happened in Thailand, then its up to Thai authorities to prosecute the case. U.S. courts simply have no jurisdiction over the claimed rape. This is likely why this young lady has no interest in pursuing criminal charges.”

Wohl added that the burden of proof in a civil suit is much lower -- "a preponderance of the evidence" as opposed to the criminal standard of "beyond a reasonable doubt."

In addition to suing for sexual harassment, assault and sexual battery, Cooley is also claiming negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress and wrongful termination, in addition to other causes of action.

That's what I was referring to. If it is true, then I hope something gets done. It should be taken very seriously, not just swept under the rug. If it's not, well then that's on Tonya and she'll get her karma. For some reason though, I don't think she's lying...

I am too sammyf! Wow a few seasons ago I never thought I'd like CT again but he really has grown a lot. And the fact that he's so OBVIOUSLY into Diem still (and vice versa) is adorable. I also like that he saw her through her battle with cancer which she won like a super boss.

There's just something about the two of them. They never over do it and they seem to genuinely love each other. As opposed to say Rachel and Brendan on BB who are always mugging for the camera and smothering the world with their "love."

I have only seen a few of seasons of The Challenge. I only recently got MTV and so I would only watch them when it came on the music channel I have here but they were a few seasons behind and would show random ones. So I don't really know the whole history with CT on these things but I have always liked him on the ones I saw. The first one I saw was the one with CT and Diem. I agree completely with everything you said about them. It definitely doesn't seem to be for show like Brenchel. I loved the way he was there for her then aswell.

I am right there with you Nik. I NEVER thought I would tolerate CT again but he has changed!! I can't say he is my favorite person on the challenge but compared to Johnny Bananas , Evan, Wes and some of the other tools on that show, he is head and shoulders above them. As for Diem, ok I get that you guys love a love story but she makes me want to barf...lol.

lol, right! Just ask Mark Long! My guilty pleasure on these challenges is Mr. Beautiful Kenny (insert Italian last name). He cracks me up!

Kenny is BY FAR the funniest guy ever on these shows. It's always a better season when he's onboard. Remember how much they used to target T-Rex Beth? Haha. I guess she finally decided it was too embarrassing to keep appearing on these shows, huh?

Santucci!! His last name literally just popped into my head. Yup, love Mr. Beautiful. Normally, the fact that someone even calls themself that would annoy the heck outta me. Kenny gets a free pass...LOL!

I think I have only seen one maybe two seasons with Kenny on it. I don't think you have to worry about Evan being back one of these things he has his own show here in Canada called Love Trap. I liked Brad too is he still together with that girl he was with?

yup, they're married now. Well they were as of the last challenge they were on lol.

What kind of show is Love Trap and what does Evan do? Host?

I haven't watched it but the premise is one person contacts the show that they have a crush on someone and then they basically set them up on a date. Evan and this other women host and comment while the people are on their date.

I was glad to see CT/Diem make Mark/Robin earn their spot at the finals. Mark just always seems to skate by untouched and Robin seems to have serious mental issues. It seems the more some of these girls come back to do these challenges the crazier they get.

And if it's between Mark/Robin and Bananas/Camilla - I want Bananas/Camilla to lose mainly because Bananas is fug as well.

Isn't this the garbage that Michelle Noonan was apart of, where she was licking another girl's ass? and weren't they paid a lousy $500 to be apart of this sleeze fest?

You mean Michelle from Big Brother 11 right? I know she did something cheap and sleazy too, but I'm not sure if it was the same "program" as this one.
