Mentors?

This whole Mentor rumor could possibly be true. Apparently, Janelle is tweeting out the she is going to "Greece" and even tweeted a pic of what one would think would be her in an airport but the super sleuths that are BB fans busted her out with a pic that has been on the web since 2010 .... Nice try Janelle but you can't fool the die-hard BB fans, especially ones who pride themselves on their super sleuthing ways!

The plot thickens!

Shannon from Survivor is tweeting these alleged text messages from Russell...

I don't know how much to believe this mentor twist, it is very fishy though about Janelle. I think I don't want to believe it because I don't want it to be true lol. If Russell has anything to do with BB I might not watch it.

I just have nothing further to say about this until CBS officially presents the HGs and those 4 huge surprises in store for BB this year. With all the HGs that BB has had over the years, why would SuperPass invite Janelle to co-host a show if she was invited back to play BB this summer. (She is supposed to co-host a show with Rachel on July 6). Another Daniele Donato fake-out this year again? Anyway, hopefully we will know more in a few days what is really going on.

Fan favorite or not....3 times on the show is way to many for me. unless there is a circumstance like ED last season and he lad to leave at the beginning. They should be forced into BB retirement after 2 seasons (just my opinion)


One person i wouldnt mind playing again is Eric...just because he never got to play his own game.

I agree with you Boston Girl, 3 times on the same show is a bit much. There have been about 200 houseguest and they always pick out the same ones. Is there really no one else interested that you have to repeat the repeats? I would love to see Eric play again on like an all star season. I hate this mix of new and old if the rumors are true.

I was never a Janelle fan, but for some reason I'm excited to see her back! I just hope she doesn't come back and suck like Colby in Survivor 20, that would be sad. I just hope the rumors of Rachel coming back are false(I'm 99% sure they are) because I want her BB legacy to stand as the BB13 winner, not the girl who came back a year after winner and really fucked up.

I still find it hard to believe that Janelle would leave a 6 month old to go back in that house. Maybe if she was older and could communicate whats going on, but 6 months....just weird to me... for a reality show..i dont get it.

Unless she has an arangement like the glass house that she can leave on the weekends and go to a hotel...lol...just kidding

I highly doubt that Rachel is a Mentor this season if this is the twist because they let her see the house during Press Day. And The only player I would want to see return for a 3rd time is Danielle (AllStars)

I was super excited also but this whole mentor thing is putting a damper on it for me. The thought of more Janelle, Rachel, or Dani Donato (the worst) makes me already go into it was a funky attitude.

Yet again Big Brother trying to force some lame twist on us, and force on us Rachel. I don't understand She was brought back last year and won. Why have her come back just to do this lame mentor role. So I'm praying her being a mentor is just a rumor !

It seems each year, everywhere I read, the vast majority of BB fans are sick of twists, yet still they keep trying them, presumably to draw a larger audience rather than pleasing the fans who keep coming back.

It seems what fans want most of all is a back-to-basics game: all new HGs, no formulaic casting, and no twists, especially because BB twists in these later seasons tend to ruin them.

Maybe the Mentors just compete with each other to get certain HGs to a benchmark in the game (or the end). If they play the game itself, though, the Mentors become a voting bloc and it turns into Newbs/Vets again.

I was thinking the same thing MB (nice to see you btw!!!) As of right now I am not excited for the returning mentors but perhaps if they (the vets) are playing to get someone from their team to the end and by doing that win a "mentor" prize, it might not be that bad. It could pit the vets against each other which I might like. lol

I think that is what they are going for Lorraine to start the game off. Which will be interesting to see if they give their teams advice base on who is better for their game or based on getting rid of a certain vet.
