ITS OFFICIAL!! Colton cast on Survivor!!!!!

On Survivor: One World, the war begins at home.

For the first time, Survivor will launch a season—its 24th—with two opposing tribes living together at the same camp.

Telling the two tribes apart will be easy: the 18 Castaways—nine men
and nine women—are split evenly by gender. (This division was first used
in The Amazon, the reality show's sixth season.)

Will this battle of the sexes include any familiar faces?




You might recognize a few model-actor types, but no returning Survivor players
will be competing this season. The very pretty cast also includes the
reality competition's first little person, 34-year-old actor Leif Manson.

Season 24 is also dispensing with the controversial Redemption Island
twist, devised to give returning vets—and easy targets—like Boston Rob Mariano and Ozzy Lusth a second chance (and more screen time). When host Jeff Probst snuffs a castoff's torch at Tribal Council, they will gone for good.

The most intriguing question of season 24 is how the One World alliances
will form. Will the players make early deals with members of their
opposing tribes? Or will the two tribes stick together? Will the tribes
share resources at camp, or can we anticipate another Redemption Islandrice war?

There's one more potential threat to tribal allegiances: romance. Survivor is famous for hookups between castmates like Rob and Amber, Ozzy and Amanda and last season's Whitney and Keith.

We'll find out when Survivor: One World returns to its
Wednesday-night time slot Feb. 15. Meanwhile, here are the members of
the Salani and Manono tribes—named after regions in Samoa, where, like
seasons 19, 20 and 23, One World was filmed.

came out as gay when I was 12 years old, sixth grade in South Alabama.
My parents definitely did not run out to join Parents of Lesbian and Gay
(PFLAG) and it took a long time but they came around. It was weird at
school but I didn’t play the victim and run home to cry. I stood up for
myself and explained that being gay wasn’t who I was but part of who I
am.
Inspiration in Life: My nanny/ grandmother who is technically
my great-aunt but she and her husband took my mom in when she was 2
months old after her dad abandoned her. My grandmother is the most
amazing person I know. She is literally my 73-year-old best friend! She
has been there for me through everything, definitely the biggest impact
on who I am today.
Hobbies: Socializing, watching reality TV and writing.
Pet Peeves: Ugly people who think they’re hot.

SURVIVOR Contestant You Are Most Like:
As far as my personality goes I would be a mix of Queen Parvati,
Corinne and JT. I embody three of their distinctive traits;
heartlessness (in a loveable way), low tolerance for trash and that
people hate me but still want to be my best friend.
Reason for Being on SURVIVOR: I
want to play the game! The strategy, the challenges, I want it all! I
don’t care about the fame or whether people love or hate me. I would
love nothing more than to see my verbally abusive stepdad’s reaction
when I win a million dollars on national TV.
Why You Think You’ll “Survive” SURVIVOR:
I live my life as I if I’m playing Survivor! I have a strategy for
everything. Hell, the way I got my boyfriend was a strategy.
Why You Think You Will Be the Sole SURVIVOR:
I don’t believe, I know! There has never been anyone with the social
skills and charisma I possess on this show. I’m confident, hilarious,
athletic, good looking, adorable and I have good teeth with a hint of
Southern charm. What more could you want?

Of course, no Survivor is complete without a villain, and
Probst says this season’s baddie comes in the form of gay Republican
Colton Cumbie. “He doesn’t know it, but he is a full-on villain. He
thinks he’s the most charming guy ever. He’s a devil and I don’t even
think he’s disguised.”

From the looks of it, Colton is going to be an AMAZING character!!! Congrats on living out one of your dreams!
